- Secundario completo
- Contar con experiencia de 2 años en posiciones similares (comprobable)
- Experiencia en rubro e-commerce o compañía de tecnología
- Buena dicción y excelente ortografía
- Orientación al cliente
- Capacidad para adaptarse y responder a distintos tipos de usuarios
- Familiaridad con sistemas CRM, preferentemente Intercom
- Orientación a resultados, proactividad, organización y team work
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de conflictos
- Manejo escrito y oral de portugués
- Días de home office
