We're seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Specialist to join our dynamic team, helping to optimize and integrate the Odoo platform into our business practices.

Position Overview:

The Remote Odoo Functional Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of the Odoo platform across our organization.

This role requires deep functional knowledge of the Odoo platform, a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest updates and best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications.

Configure and customize the Odoo platform to meet business requirements.

Provide user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the Odoo platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve any Odoo related issues.

Work closely with developers to ensure proper integration of customized modules.

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and ensure timely upgrades.

Collaborate with other remote team members, ensuring effective communication and project progress.

Assist with data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience working with the Odoo platform.

Solid understanding of business processes and requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience working in a remote environment and proficiency with remote work tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

Odoo certification is a plus.

Prior experience in Service Sector

Knowledge of other ERP systems or integration tools.
