- Contador Público Nacional.
- Experiencia de 5 años como mínimo trabajando como Contador General y elaborando estados financieros, reportes, análisis de costos, presupuestos, análisis de cuentas, imputaciones.
- Sólidos conocimientos en normas contables locales, IFRS y leyes tributarias de Argentina.
- Conocimiento de las técnicas de auditoría interna.
- Dominio de Software contable, sistemas ERP y Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word y Access). Excel en nivel avanzado excluyente. Conocimiento de los procesamientos electrónicos de datos y sistemas operativos.
- Nivel de Inglés fluido, oral y escrito, comprobable.
- Buen nivel en preparación de Informes y correspondencia comercial.
- Experiencia con la recolección y análisis de datos; estadísticas y reportes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral con la capacidad de presentar información y datos complejos de una manera fácil de entender.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

- Responsable de: contabilización, conciliación, análisis de cuentas, cálculo de costos, ajustes contables, de acuerdo con los procedimientos internos y corporativos.
- Responsable del liderazgo, coordinación y resolución de los procesos administrativos tales como compras, contrataciones, alquileres, seguros, etc.
- Seguimiento y control de pago de todos los impuestos, tasas, cargas sociales, obligaciones en general. .
- Seguimiento y control de la evolución de gastos y presupuestos de las diferentes áreas.
- Revisión y aprobación de nóminas de pagos, proveedores, acreedores, gastos internos, fondos fijos, de acuerdo con las políticas de pagos de la Empresa.
- Mantenimiento al día de los libros Societarios y Contables.
- Responsable de las cuentas de Tesorería, contabilización de los depósitos bancarios, control de los cheques en custodia en Bancos.
- Contabilización y costeo de importaciones.
- Asistir al Gerente de Finanzas en la preparación de reportes, incluyendo Budget y Forecast.
- Elaborar, supervisar y reportar los cierres contables de manera mensual y anual según el cronograma corporativo.
- Supervisar el registro del activo fijo, e inventario de existencias.
- Participar activamente de los proyectos de actualización e implementación de Software.
- Coordinación de Auditoría.

PROPOSITO DE LA POSICION:
Ser el responsable por el correcto funcionamiento de la Contabilidad y Administración de la subsidiaria, siguiendo los lineamientos de las políticas locales y corporativas.
RESUMEN DE LA POSICION:
El Responsable de Contabilidad & Administración deberá velar por la ejecución de la aplicación de la política financiera y aplicación de las normas contables. Además, tendrá que supervisar las buenas prácticas contables y la responsabilidad de participar directamente en la ejecución de normas y procedimientos de control interno administrativo. Deberá mantener la contabilidad al día y reportar de acuerdo con lo requerido.
