As a Key Account Manager you'll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with selected key accounts to maximize, profitability and customer satisfaction with these accounts.
As a Key Account Manager have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the execution.
A Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a Strategic Account Management vision/plan to enable profitable growth of Signify business with the account.

What you'll do
- Planning, coordination and sales management based on the target set for each client and channel assigned as responsibility.
- Coordinate publications and promotions of our products in the key accounts under your responsibility in order to contribute to the sales objectives, introduction of new products and growth of the business in charge.
- Development and implementation of actions that allow customer loyalty as the final consumer + Development of the online channel.
- Collection management and monitoring of current accounts, achieving the overdue target defined by the company.
- Business monitoring and analysis of lamp market opportunities in the retail channel.
- Analysis of the key indicators of the business in charge for decision making + Plan the needs of the future demand of your clients
- Implementation of different exhibition and visual concepts according to the offline or online channel.
- 4+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative in retail and ecommerce
- Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationships development
- Commercial listening and questioning skills, ability to win the seat at the right customer table
- Skilled in onetomany negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trustbased relationships
- Financial acumen and commercial savviness
