- Ser Finance Business Partner para el equipo de ventas de 3P, influyendo en la toma de decisiones y generando valor para el negocio.
- Ser responsable del P&L completo en los procesos de Target Setting anual, Financial Forecast/IBP mensual del país garantizando buen nivel de accuracy en los procesos de planificación.
- Liderar el análisis del Cierre contable, analizando principales desviaciones vs Plan y Forecast, con explicaciones del performance financiero a Seniors Stakeholders.
- Apoyar y contribuir en las decisiones estratégicas, evaluando y cuantificando riesgos y oportunidades, y gestionando planes de acción para asegurar el logro de objetivos y el cumplimiento de los planes financieros.
- Co-liderar con el equipo comercial, el proceso de aprobación de excepciones de inversiones adicionales, contratos con marcas, entre otros.
- Generación de insights novedosos a través de distintas herramientas como Unit Economics, para los equipos de negocio, que permitan mejorar el profit de MELI buscando un equilibrio de growth y profitability.
- Sólida experiencia en planificación financiera y finanzas corporativas será valorada.
- Contar con experiencia en informes y herramientas de análisis de datos, como Tableau, Power Bi, Micro.
- Buen dominio del idioma inglés.
