    En Cliengo, uno de nuestros principales diferenciales es estar cerca de nuestros clientes, escucharlos y ayudarlos a crecer. Por eso, estamos buscando una persona para el rol de Customer Success Executive.


    Como ejecutiv@ de cuentas deberás ser expert@ en el alcance de todas las herramientas que ofrece Cliengo, ya sea en el producto standard o customizable, para poder ayudar a los clientes a utilizarlas de la manera mas eficiente posible y hacer crecer y escalar su negocio de nuestra mano.

    En el dia a dia deberás analizar las cuentas proactivamente con el fin de identificar patrones de uso, mejoras en la configuración, adopción de nuevos features, estrategia de marketing digital, oportunidades de upsells y crosselling, entre otros. Tendr+as comunicacion diaria con tus clientes a traves de tickets, whatsapp y herramientas de comunicacion masiva. Negociacion, vision comercial y estratégica son claves para este puesto.

    Responsabilidades
    • Ofrecer asistencia personalizada a los clientes de la cartera, brindando seguimiento cercano de problemas técnicos, de configuración o de cobranzas que estén afectando al cliente. Triangulación de pedidos y comunicaciones.
    • Ofrecer formación continua y entrenamiento para el cliente, ya sea a través de campañas informativas por mailing, hsm, webinars o incluso mediante la organización de cursos online o presenciales.
    • Expandir la cartera identificando oportunidades de upselling y crosselling.
    • Hacer seguimiento y análisis de las métricas de churn.
    • Identificar mejoras del producto y escalarlas.
    • Gestionar la Cartera en Hubspot y reportar KPIs individuales.


    Requirements

    Requerimientos
    • Grado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas o un campo pertinente
    • Experiencia laboral como ejecutivo de cuentas para Customer Success, Ventas o marketing digital.
    • Conocimientos de software CRM (Salesforce)
    • MS Office (especialmente MS Excel)
    • Google analytics y Facebook Ads.
    • Deseable Google Ads. Es un plus tener experiencia o conocimientos básicos con CMS (Wordpress, Godaddy, Wix), Google Tag Manager, Zapier.
    • Inglés y Portugués Deseable
