- Acompañar a los equipos en la adopción de la agilidad como metodología de trabajo.
- Promover la formación de equipos estables, autogestionados y multifuncionales velando así por la calidad del producto / servicio.
- Impulsar la entrega de valor frecuente y productiva, disminuyendo el time to market y buscando el feedback temprano de los usuarios.
- Incentivar la colaboración dentro del equipo y las mejores prácticas para el desarrollo del producto.
- Diseñar retrospectivas y espacios de conversación abiertos y genuino en búsqueda de acuerdos y acciones de mejora.
- Trabajar en equipo con scrums masters y agile coaches para alinear dependencias y eliminar bloqueos dentro del equipo y/o un marco de escalado.
- Colaborar en la transformación cultural y organizacional a través de entrenamientos específicos para una gestión más ágil. . Requeriments:
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años desempeñando el rol de Scrum Master y Flow Master, Agile Team Facilitator.
- Inquietud en la lectura y formación constante en agilidad.
- Soft skills: escucha activa, comunicación efectiva, curiosidad y empatía. Habilidades para facilitar dinámicas tanto presenciales como virtuales. Buenas relaciones interpersonales, gestión de equipo.
- Hard skills: Certificación Scrum, kanban (deseable), SAFe (deseable), otras prácticas ágiles (deseable)
