- Construir relaciones a largo plazo y gerenciar a nuestros partners más estratégicos con foco en los objetivos tratados por el área, tanto en metas de facturación, estructura y crecimiento de su negocio.
- Detectar insights y oportunidades de nuestros programas e iniciativas para mejorar la experiencia de quienes venden en la plataforma.
- Liderar, coordinar y ejecutar todas las iniciativas comerciales para los distintos Programas de Partners en Argentina, México, Chile y Colombia.
- Liderar los equipos comerciales de Sales Partnerships de Argentina y México para Mercado Shops, así como las relaciones con los diversos stakeholders internos.
- Controlar el avance de los proyectos y métricas del negocio, y reportar periódicamente el status de cada proyecto a los equipos de trabajo.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en áreas comerciales o de desarrollo de negocio/proyectos, preferentemente en el área digital.
- Experiencia en el manejo de equipos comerciales / desarrollo de negocios.
- Excelente manejo de herramientas Office / Google Workspace. Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de datos: Tableau, Salesforce, Big Query es deseable.
- Se valorará conocimientos en ecommerce y en marketing digital.
