Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop new functionalities, customize existing modules, and extend the platform's capabilities through code development.
Configure and customize Dynamics CRM modules, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and reports, using tools such as the Dynamics 365 customization interface, JavaScript, and.

NET development.

Create and customize plugins, workflows, and other automation processes to automate business logic and enhance system functionality.
Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and successful transfer of data from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM.
Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and support.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing Dynamics CRM solutions, addressing user requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Proficiency in development tools and technologies specific to Dynamics CRM, such as JavaScript, C#,.NET framework, and Visual Studio.
Familiarity with web development technologies such as ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop and customize web portals integrated with Dynamics CRM.
Understanding of integration patterns and technologies, such as Web APIs, RESTful services, and messagebased integrations, to integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users, translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing technical guidance.
Ability to stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and development best practice.
