Role Responsibilities:


  • Liaison with Product Management and

TPM:
Act as a key intermediary between the Product Management team and the development pod.

You will gather requirements, understand the product vision, and communicate the technical feasibility of features to ensure seamless project execution.


  • Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines and deliverables. Proactively identify and address any roadblocks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Code Quality and Reviews: Champion code quality, best practices, and coding standards within the development team. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Integration and Migration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, contribute to migration efforts, and ensure a smooth transition of work.

Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
Familiarity with Android Studio and relevant development tools, including Android SDK, Gradle, ADB, etc.

Knowledge of Android Architecture Components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc., and the ability to design scalable and maintainable architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture).

Experience with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes is a plus.


Benefits of Working With Kopius_The pay range is currently $155,000 - $218,500 in annual compensation. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
