    Empresa Textil.

    Nos encontramos en la busqueda de un Distric Manager para sumar a reconocida empresa textil cuyo objetivo será erenciar las tiendas para que se cumplan los lineamientos operativos y administrativos para el logro y superación de los objetivos.

    Serán sus responsabilidades:

    • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las operaciones y de los lineamientos establecidos por la Cía.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de Objetivo de Ventas . Proponer opciones creativas para el logro de los mismos
    • Analizar los KPI ́s de las tiendas para asegurar crecimiento constante de los objetivos comerciales.
    • Participar de la selección y capacitación del personal en conjunto con el área de RRHH y/o HRBP.
    • Asegurar la correcta ejecución del protocolo de servicio al cliente.
    • Resguardar los activos y recursos de la tienda. Seguimiento del manejo de Caja (arqueos frecuentes).
    • Controlar los faltantes por auditoria. Armar informes para la toma de decisiones.
    • Controlar la correcta elaboración de la grilla de horarios.
    •  Generar informes sobre fallas de producto y reportar a control de calidad.
    •  Canalizar y dar soporte a todas las inquietudes de los SM (Encargados) y Reportar todo suceso
    • importante al área correspondiente.
    Requisitos:

    Serán requisitos de la posicion:

    • Manejo exhaustivo de sistemas de medición de KPI.
    • Conocimiento de herramientas informáticas, paquete Office.
    • Conocimientos generales de administración de Puntos de Venta
    • Conocimiento de VM y display.
    • Conocimiento del uso de sistemas de facturación en punto de venta.
    • Poseer movilidad propia.
    • Profesional o estudiante avanzado en carreras de Comercialización o Administración de Empresas.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país.
