- Establishing effective working relationships directly with business and dev teams from multiple workstreams, and key stakeholders through proven communication/ interpersonal skills;
- Working with product and technical teams to define business requirements and map to architecture framework from which dev teams can build product for use at scale;
- Streamlining and improving internal and external reporting through a proven analytical background;
- Understanding and reporting on key performance indicators;
