As a
Senior Business Analyst at
Halo Media, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the company by providing valuable insights and analysis.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive efficiency and growth.

This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work with clients from the US

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improve operations
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunities
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Facilitate communication and collaboration between crossfunctional teams to ensure project success
Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Provide expertise and guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders to promote best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as data modeling and process mapping
