- Establish project timelines and workflows with clients and suppliers to ensure efficient handling of all program details.
- Utilize business program management systems to oversee programs from inception to completion.
- Negotiate contracts, manage additional needs, and ensure services are delivered as contracted.
- Collaborate with IT support for web requirements and work with the creative team for program materials.
- Produce program itineraries and coordinate site inspections as necessary.
- Conduct program debriefs and maintain accurate records following company policies.
- Assess program impact, collaborate with teams, and strive for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, maintain open communication with clients, and work closely with support departments to exceed objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure program success.
- Participate in client presentations, review processes, and offer solutions as needed.
- Forecast and manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Initiate supplier payments, monitor financials, and address fluctuations that may impact the budget.
- Work on special projects, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain client relationships.
- Develop knowledge of technology solutions, handle multiple projects effectively, and support client operations worldwide.
- Minimum of six years in the hospitality industry managing meetings and events.
- CMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, strong communication and organizational skills required.
- Experience with event technology and ability to travel internationally.
