Key Responsibilities:

Assist the search/social media paid advertising planning, buying, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads including QAs and campaign optimizations.
Conduct regular checkins with the Social Media Director and Search Supervisor to report on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
Partner with other media planning, media buying, and analytics departments to provide sound, researchbased campaign strategies, plans and implementation approaches that drive tangible client business impact.
Leverage datadriven approach to analyze campaign performance and derive insights and strategic recommendations to improve KPIs and campaign results.
Listen and stay engaged with relevant social discussion about our clients, competitors, and/or industry
Nurture key relationships with platform reps to increase opportunities and remain up to date on pharmaceutical and healthcare branded and unbranded content regulations and restrictions

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years' experience in development, planning, activation, management, optimization, and measurement of paid search and/or social media advertising campaigns based on client goals and KPIs
Strong inplatform experience across major social and search platforms including (but not limited to): Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Proven track record of successfully managing complex media activations with quick turn around times
Experience with successfully executing campaigns in all three stages of the sales funnel; awareness, consideration and conversion/lead generation.
Strong time management skills required
Works well independently and collaborating with other teams
Certifications in Search and Social platforms preferred
Experience in pharma or healthcare is required
