INTERNAL AUDIT ACCOUNTANT:
G/L postings, fixed assets/depreciation, cost-center allocations, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities support. Bank Reconciliations review. Balance sheet reconciliations and transactional review support. Process corporate AR transactions; including invoicing and payment applications. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly GL, AR, and Cash reporting. Assist in monthly close process and financial statement preparation. Assist with, financial statement, loan covenant, and variance analysis. Monitor and maintain integrity of the GL accounting system, specifically the chart of accounts and subaccount list.
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken. · Strong understanding and experience with accrual accounting. · Intermediate level of understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel, preferably with experience using pivot tables. · Communicates effectively in individual or group situations, including demonstrating active listening skills. · Ability to work effectively with other internal and external departments. · Ability to work independently and as a team player. · Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage resources to complete team goals are mandatory. · Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail. · Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, and E-mail. SAP Intacct experience is a must. · Experience with multi-company / divisional financials, highly desirable. · Experience developing systems, policies, and procedures for an accounting/finance division. · Experience with external and internal auditing and compliance preferred. · A minimum of a bachelors degree in accounting or related field.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Técnico
