- Supports senior research staff by data collection, verification, analysis and report and collateral creation.
- Closely track, record and update data related to properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales and owners, the local economy, demographics and company performance, among other aspects of the market.
- Actively contribute to JLL's internal data management system and adopt or discover new creative uses for its content and visualization tools.
- Regularly update building stacks with current tenant information for essential properties in the market.
- Respond to internal and external client requests for data and insight.
- Track, maintain and disseminate detailed data for critical market indicators.
- Performs regular monitoring of the real estate market by telephone surveys, on-site surveys, internet, among others.
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Economics, business administration or a related field.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Availability to carry out relevant information in the field, attending different central points of the city.
