Nuestro talento nos ha hecho poder decir con orgullo que somos una de las 6 empresas TOP de tecnologías en el mundo.Porque #Greattech, needs #GreatPeople, like you.Te invitamos a ser parteEn NTT DATA nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Agile Coach para sumarse a nuestro equipo ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?Planificar y gestionar seguimiento de proyectosDiseñar modelos de agilidadDefinir y manejar artefactos y métricas.Apoyar la gestión operativa y táctica de la Foundation Ágil de ArgentinaEntender la agilidad desde el cambio de mindset tanto en una organización completa, a nivel de equipos y como en las personas.Enseñar y desarrollar marcos y prácticas ágiles para lograr mayor adaptabilidad, mejor experiencia con el cliente y mejores resultados.Saber cómo adoptar la Agilidad desde cero, en diferentes equipos y en diferentes áreas de una organización.Poder guiar e involucrarse en el despliegue de la agilidad de programas/productos.Promover entornos de aprendizaje y mejora continua. Medir y proveer feedback sobre las mejoras de los equipos y roles.Entrenar equipos, Scrum Masters y Product Owners en agilidad para enriquecer su visión de producto y conducirlos a altos niveles de rendimiento y productividad.Ayudar a conformar equipos colaborativos y de alta performance (Modelo Tuckman).Gestionar un plan de madurez del uso de la práctica.Promover las decisiones basadas en datos y métricas.Facilitar los eventos ágiles necesarios para un marco de escalado y entrenar a otros roles para que los faciliten.Desempeñar un rol de advisor en la organización.
