Además, debe acompañar al Lider de Proyecto o Product Owner a ejecutar la dinámica asegurándose de que todos las áreas y personas involucradas en el proyecto se encuentren de acuerdo con dicha definición.Estructurar las dinámicas del equipo, ceremonias y eventos necesarios para la planificación (sprint planning, dailys, demos, etc), ejecución de tareas y validación de avances.Definir métricas de seguimiento para asegurar que los objetivos del proyecto se cumplan en los tiempos adecuados.Promover espacios de aprendizaje dentro de los miembros de equipo para asegurar la adopción de la metodología Agile.
