En Experis Argentina nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Senior Sales Consultant Manager para importante Compañía.
Contratación bajo relación de dependencia con Experis por 6 MESES.
Modalidad full time - híbrida, oficinas ubicadas en Puerto Madero, CABA.
Misión del puesto: gestión, implementación y puesta en marcha de planes de negocio de clientes potenciales.
Tareas
-Desarrollar relaciones con los clientes, como punto de contacto para el desarrollo conjunto de planes de negocios, desarrollo de estrategias de ventas, presentaciones, crecimiento de las relaciones con los clientes y dimensionamiento de oportunidades.
-Impulsar planes de activación de cuentas de forma independiente. Planificar y alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos esperados para el equipo. Contribuir a determinar el alcance de la estrategia del cliente, gestionando las prioridades relacionadas con la planificación de cuentas y la cartera de proyectos de varios trimestres.
-Identificar y recomendar nuevos procesos, procedimientos y métodos para el desarrollo de estrategias de ventas y dimensionamiento de oportunidades con previsión para anticipar y abordar necesidades futuras.
-Liderar una iniciativa clave de clúster/región definiendo claramente el alcance y los OKR para impulsar el impacto fuera del núcleo.
Gestionar las relaciones principales con los clientes, actuando como un punto de contacto clave para los clientes/agencias en todas las áreas clave (por ejemplo, capacitación, mejora de productos, campañas globales/regionales).
-Desarrollar conocimientos continuamente y mantenerse actualizado en el entorno publicitario y el panorama competitivo a través de la capacitación requerida y otros recursos, con el objetivo de convertirse en un líder intelectual.
Conocimientos / Skills técnicos
-Experiencia comprobable en el rol de Sales Consultant, mínima de 5 años.
-Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito - Excluyente).
Conocimiento experto de las herramientas de Google (Google ADS, Search, youtube, compra de medios)
-Capacidad para analizar y aplicar información de la industria, el mercado y la organización a estrategias y planes.
Estrategia y técnicas de ventas/asociación.
-Capacidad para establecer o adaptar estrategias de ventas/asociaciones integrando y aplicando la comprensión del cliente, la inteligencia competitiva, las tendencias externas y los datos de métricas retrasadas/adelantadas. Esto incluye el conocimiento y la aplicación de conceptos y técnicas básicos de ventas/asociaciones (por ejemplo, descubrimiento, personas calificadas, mapeo de relaciones, manejo de objeciones, ventas adicionales, cierre, extensión).
