Platform Transformation Change Execution is a change delivery organisation within the Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) that provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to Corporate & Investment Bank partners.

Platform Transformation Change Execution capabilities include automation and program management, business analysis, data analytics, change management, end-to-end test management and, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in the Payments, Markets and Securities Services businesses, as well as cross-business functions such as Network Management and Client Onboarding.

Payments Operations supports the Payments global franchise across treasury services (cash management, FX, liquidity, escrow and real-time payment solutions), global trade finance, merchant services and commercial card offerings to clients and acts as the payment hub for JPMorgan Chase, the largest payment network in the world.


The role will require working with stakeholders across the business unit, looking to leverage best practice across the industry and other J.P.

Morgan business units.

Lateral contacts in business, technology, operations, product and client facing organizations firm wide would need to be developed and mined for best practices and for driving outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage in LATAM Payments Platform transformation projects and related services including execution of business requirement, implementation and data analytics.
  • Design and deliver best project management strategy to improve operational experience.
  • Partner with UAT teams, Product, Operations, and Technology to identify barriers preventing efficient change deliverables.
  • Develop multiyear roadmap, detailed project plan, and milestone delivery across multiple teams.
  • Determine and consolidate metrics exhibiting progress against business benefits.
  • Prepare senior management presentations highlighting progress against milestones, risks, issues, and any barriers requiring escalation.
  • Responsible for milestones reporting and trend analysis within specific projects.
  • Maintain relationships with wide range of internal partners including IT, Products, Operations and UAT Test Management.
  • Coordination and participation in project meetings as well as agile squads.
  • Identifying operational automation opportunities to gain efficiency.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence senior partners and colleagues within the project team and ensure a consistent collaborative approach.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:


  • Fluent in English language required.
  • Experience in Payments Business preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Economy, Business or related areas preferred.
  • Project Management Methodology required.
  • Agile methodology skills preferred.

Functional and Technical Expertise

  • Prior experience and understanding of Payments Business.
  • Deep understanding of payments platforms and operational processing systems.
  • Project Management experience in complex operational platforms with multiple interfaces connected to different line of business.
  • Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and skilled to learn and work with evolving methodologies.
  • Experienced in supporting a team to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts.
  • Business Requirements writing skills.
  • PowerPoint skills able to create professional slides and structure presentations with mínimal input and need for secondary review.
