- Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies to the company hierarchy, the personnel infrastructure and the way Globers grow in the organization.
- Assist Globant business partners and other internal areas, in having actionable information to achieve the company's sales goals and contribute with the optimization of existing and new sales processes, involving the different areas of the company where salespeople operate, such as studios, regions, new acquisitions, among others.
- Be able to understand markets and industry trends and analyze competitors behavior in order to identify opportunities for future business development.
- Critical services could include the support of opportunity pipeline management, forecast planning and visibility, corporate metrics reporting/analysis for leadership, ad- hoc research, and the revisit of internal sales processes/tools for sales teams.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience with account planning.

- Describe & Diagnose Business Trends
- Experience working in IT industries or similar, where sales are driven mainly by professional services.
- Organized –Excellent organizational / time management / data management skills
- Analytical - Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player - Works very closely to portfolio / region leadership and interacts seamlessly with staff areas.
