- Execution of global annual Compensation cycles, the review of the Compensation related local plans and the Benefits portfolio for the assigned markets.
- Coordinate and support (where applicable) the markets in the region in participating to global project initiatives and certifications (i.e., Equal Salary Certification, Living Wage)
- Provide data-driven insights to line manager and recommend actions for the assigned markets. Gather regular feedback on stakeholder, employee and consumer experience of using the services to drive continuous improvement. Monitor service performance and recommend process improvements or implement service improvements.
- Deliver and improve quality, speed and cost of the service catalogue in the assigned markets Deploy service catalogue based on SLAs to the assigned markets. Ensure operational excellence in service and experience delivery.
- Deliver TR training sessions to the P&C in the assigned region and support the TR capability building in the markets Provide insight and analytics to support market decisions; Engage with markets to identify and ensure preparation of local reporting needs in coordination with the Reporting & Analytics team.
- Provide business understanding and market priorities to Regional Manager TRD may participate in leading or supporting global activities for the TRD team globally.
- 3+ years in compensation / total rewards
- Proven record managing Total Rewards processes: merit, budgeting, salary planning and design of salary structures, variable pay programs, salary survey submission, benefits.
- Strong agile delivery experience
- Customer Service orientation, results driven, analytical thinking, data driven, business focus Excellent written and oral communication and Influence.
- Managing ambiguity
