Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Knowledge of company business conduct standards
- Support HCP Medical Education Event's logistics
- Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations, and standards in the areas of compliance and related matters of interest to the department
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
- Work individually and with a team in recommending action, scheduling, and planning projects and managing projects to completion
- Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
- Perform various projects as assigned
- May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other entrylevel professionals
- Ability to use multiple software programs
- Bachelor's degree required Business Administration
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or Administrative Assistance
- Advanced English Level
- Upper intermediate Microsoft Office level
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a travel agency nice to have
- Medical Device Industry experience nice to have
