- Implementación de proyectos/iniciativas ligadas al crecimiento en ventas, con foco en el canal Alternativo y Frutas & Vegetales.
- Gestión del cambio frente a equipos comerciales con el fin de desarrollar una mirada basada en datos. Resolución proactiva frente a los KPIs/insights encontrados (ej. cobertura de canal, segmentación de clientes, oportunidades de cross-selling/up-selling).
- Trabajar cerca del equipo de CRM, directa o indirectamente, para mejorarlo. Asegurar el correcto acceso a la información, logrando junto al área de marketing que los datos sean traducidos en accionables, para que puedan tener un impacto claro en ventas.
- Coordinar los espacios correctos para mantener al equipo comercial enfocado en torno a los desafíos principales, utilizando y desarrollando las herramientas apropiadas (tableros de información, programas de incentivo, etc).
- Dar soporte a la priorización, elección de socios estratégicos y productores clave para el canal asignado.
- Background analítico con una correcta interpretación y gestión de la información, capaz de traducir datos en planes/acciones con impacto comercial
- Grado universitario – Carrera de Agronomia o afines serán valoradas
- Experiencia trabajando con grandes bases de datos, CRM, y software de visualización de información (PowerBI, otros)

Reportando al Sales Effectiveness Leader y trabajando junto al equipo de Analytics/CRM, el/la TPC será responsable de crear y ejecutar planes de acción para el territorio de cada negocio de acuerdo con los desafíos planteados para la campaña, en coordinación con Marketing y Ventas.

El TPC deberá maximizar las oportunidades de los canales asignados, buscando la eficiencia de los procesos del equipo comercial a través de un correcto uso de los recursos disponibles tales como planes/incentivos, herramientas, y gestión de información.
