- Coordinar y supervisar la contabilidad analítica y financiera mensual de los distintos negocios.
- Supervisar y revisar el proceso contable y cierre financiero de las distintas sociedades.
- Liderar los procesos de auditoría, supervisar la preparación y presentación de informes financieros con la conformidad de las normativas locales e internacionales.
- Establecer mecanismos y procesos de control interno y revisión contable que garanticen la integridad de las cuentas contables.
- Coordinar y establecer flujos de comunicación u operativos con el resto de áreas del departamento, otros departamentos o externos ante procesos existentes o nuevos proyectos.
- Impuestos: Gestionar y supervisar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones fiscales, incluyendo la presentación de declaraciones de impuestos y la coordinación con asesores fiscales externos para optimizar la carga impositiva y mitigar riesgos.
- Liderar un equipo de trabajo, proporcionando orientación y desarrollo continuo estableciendo metas claras y objetivos de rendimiento, y evaluar el desempeño del equipo constantemente.
- Facturación y Cobranzas: Supervisar el proceso de facturación y cobranzas a clientes y liderar proyectos relacionados.
- Implementar procedimientos eficientes para mejorar la eficacia y la precisión del proceso contable, así como también reestructurar procesos actuales en base a las necesidades del negocio que vayan surgiendo.
- Profesional recibido de Contador Público.
- Entre 8 a 10 años de experiencia en contabilidad o similares.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando equipos directo
- Nivel experto en Excel y Google Sheet.
- Conocimientos ERP Contable NetSuite, muy recomendable.
- Deseable experiencia en Big Four o preferentemente empresas tecnológicas
