- Be part of Global Deals Consulting Team working with world-class clients on financial and accounting matters
- Consult on deals, mergers and acquisitions for PwC clients.
- Analyze Balance Sheets and accounting reports under US GAAP & IFRS
- Work on P&L reconciliations.
- Financial Statements presentation and building of reports.
- Preparation of technical accounting memos.
- US GAAP-IFRS conversions
- Attend meetings with the Global Deals Team and Clients.
- Provide advice on Complex Accounting matters.
