- Possesses basic knowledge of (i) key valuation methodologies for business entities and intangible assets (i.e., Income - discounted cash flow, Market - guideline public company multiple and cost approaches plus relief from royalty and multi period excess earns methods) and (ii) quantitative / qualitative analysis of financial metrics.
- Knowledge regarding the analysis of 3rd party valuations and corresponding assumptions along with performing sensitivity analyses.
- Possesses basic understanding of accounting, corporate finance, valuation, tax and business reporting processes.
- Ability to conduct in-depth client, industry and market research.
- Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to prepare / review memoranda and reports that communicate research findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Possesses intermediate skills in MS-Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point) and a basic understanding of other software applications are desirable, but not required (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI).
- Fluent in the English language along with advanced reading and writing comprehension skills.
