You will be leading treasury operations across LATAM and play a key role in managing banking relationships.

What will I be doing?

Lead the Treasury team in Argentina and support the Country Manager and Sales teams.

Develop and execute short and long-term financial strategies for the company, including liquidity and financial risk management.

Develop treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in managing the company's financial resources.

Lead the relationships with banks and other financial institutions, ensuring access to necessary financial resources and the best financial conditions.

Lead the monitoring of financial markets, assessing their impact on the company, and proposing adjustments to treasury strategies and policies as needed.

What skills do I need?

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar Finance related field

MBA or Finance Postgraduate is a plus

A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, risk management, and treasury.

Previous experience in leadership and team management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Advanced/Fluent English is a must.
