Suppliers Pro-Forma invoices verification and approval by ensuring proper cost allocation and SAP system input. Contract’s administration. Materials/services requisitions raising. Budget set up. Cost Breakdown Structure definition. Budget assessment and cost estimations execution in line with the project schedule. OPEX & CAPEX Cost estimating. Monthly cost reporting (Plan vs Actual) and forecasting while identifying areas of potential budget overrun calling for remedial actions. Deviation monitoring and analysis. - Developed SAP contracts release strategy, saving 2 days/month on managers agenda (no signature needed).
