Algunas de tus tareas en tu día a día serán las de recibir y atender incidencias de nuestros clientes internos/externos, monitorear y controlar la ticketera de soporte, configurar los dispositivos de nuestros clientes internos (Notebooks - Tablets - Celulares - Etc.), llevar adelante reparaciones y mantenimiento de hardware informático de la compañía tanto de manera presencial como remota, mantener la documentación y bitácora de eventos, entre otras
