- Diseñar y analizar procesos de confiabilidad de activos basado en: TPM, RCA , RCM.
- Identificar mejoras en procesos internos, para optimizar recursos bajo estandarización.
- Trabajar en conjunto con la región para idear las estrategias en los procesos de Plant Engineering.
- Implementar y ejecutar el playbook en región andina.
- Dar seguimiento de finanzas del área South y proyectos relacionados.
- Poseer experiencia sólida en SAP PM, deseable MM.
- Tener conocimientos técnicos de mantenimiento TPM, RCA , RCM.
- Poseer conocimientos intermedios en DataStudio y Excel nivel avanzado.
- Poseer conocimiento en gestión de Capex/Opex.
