- Review and evaluate the status of blocked orders based on the customer's accounts receivable status and attributes, requesting and reviewing additional information, release / non-release of orders, and communicating order / account status to appropriate functions.
- Review and address the root cause on accounts impacted by order blocking as a result of payment habits issues and credit limit. Adjust order control codes as appropriate and determine which accounts need credit limit review.
- Request, analyze customer ́s Balance Sheet and Income Statement, assuring Credit Limits are updated based on most recent information. Approves Credit Limits within their Delegation Of Authority or requests a higher DOA for approval.
- Will perform account reconciliations in order to deliver accurate financial statements for Corteva and the customer.
- Cash application.
- Prepare and document requirements for customer ́s debt sent to legal.
- Prepares information requested on demand by Internal Auditors.
- Analyze past dues, future past dues and fulfills internal reports.
- Address customers pay habits issues by communicating with the Account Manager, Strategic Credit and Credit Leader to establish a plan to improve the situation.
- Accountant or Business Administration careers related
- At least 2 years of experience in similar activities
- Advanced English level
- Advanced knowledge of Office package
- Ability to work under pressure
- SAP and Power Bi knowledge will be a plus
