Kopius is seeking an experienced
Workday Technical Program Manager to join our team


As the Workday Technical Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects with a strong focus on technology and architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs.

You'll collaborate on integration designs, manage project resources, and refine past decisions to boost Workday's efficiency. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the company's HR and ERP processes and supporting its growth.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Lead endtoend Workday implementation projects with a tech focus.
  • Translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
  • Oversee Workday customization and configuration adhering to best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers and integration specialists.
  • Design complex integrations with external systems using Workday Extend Integration Platform.
  • Ensure Workday's security model aligns with the organization's policies.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders to drive scalable technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend thirdparty tools to enhance Workday's functionality.
  • Review technical documentation and validate data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with other project and program managers to ensure the program's delivery is sound and achievable.
  • Assist in managing the existing solution integrator to keep the project and timelines on track.
  • Review previous technical and security decisions and recommend short and longterm changes to optimize the Workday solution.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and promote best practices.

Qualifications for the role:


  • Extensive experience as a Technical Architect in Workday implementation projects.
  • Indepth knowledge of Workday's technical components, integrations, and security framework.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIB, calculated fields, custom reports, and Web Services.
  • Workday certification(s) highly desirable.
  • Proven project management skills.
