- Definición, coordinación y supervisión del calendario de lanzamientos
- Desarrollo del plan promocional por marca, incluyendo la propuesta de acciones locales específicas.
- Desarrollar y poner en marcha el presupuesto anual para las marcas bajo su responsabilidad.
- Analizar las Ventas por marca.
- COG's
- Gasto en medios
- Inversión Promocional/POS (rentabilidad por acción y propuestas de mejora)
- Análisis del panel de sell-out (cuota de mercado, pricing, distribución, competidores, cross analysis sell-out vs. Medios)
- Forecasting
- Preparación y gestión de las reuniones comerciales (comunicación de planes de marketing y prioridades por marca).
- Control de stocks y obsoletos, participando activamente en el diseño de acciones para su reducción.
- Formación universitaria preferiblemente en Administración de empresas, Marketing o afines.
- Contar con al menos 4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel avanzado y PowerPoint).
- Ideal contar con conocimientos digitales.
- Experiencia previa trabajando con datos de consumidores es un plus.
- Orientación a resultados.
- Pasión por lograr resultados sobresalientes y comprometido con su área de responsabilidad.
- Capaz de fomentar un buen ambiente de trabajo en el equipo y un motivador clave en torno a las marcas gestionadas. Conectar, compartir y cooperar.
