What you'll be doing?

  • Help defining and plan the marketing strategy in terms of brand building, strategy and execution
  • Develop content and communication strategies to increase user acquisition and retention and awareness of the Brand
  • Achieve Online sales goals (Quarterly and Yearly)
  • Report weekly on the status of marketing campaigns running to Marketing Manager and Clevel.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, paid media, social media managers and analysts.
  • Held meetings with Operations and Product Team department

Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, or similar.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of nontechnical and low technology literacy stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Trello, and Hubspot. Google Analytics and Power BI are a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in research and analysis
  • Knowledge in UX/UI design
  • Knowledge of OTTs, VODs and IPTVs is a plus.
  • Portuguese language
