    Position: AR/AP CLERK - Latam
    Location: Remote (EST Timezone)
    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM EST


    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Clerk to join our Manchester, NH office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our financial operations by managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions utilizing QuickBooks Online (QBO).
    • Maintain meticulous records and vendor files to support financial reporting.
    • Collaborate with our team to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
    • Utilize platforms like and ServiceTitan to optimize workflow (experience with these tools is advantageous).
    • Assist in monthly closings and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to address billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy in financial transactions.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
