- Diseñar el plan y ejecutar la estrategia del equipo de Ventas Corporativas de Argentina.
- Contratar, capacitar, dar seguimiento activo y apoyar el cumplimiento de las metas grupales e individuales de cada uno de los Business Developers, Sales Development Representatives y Customer Relationship Executives del equipo.
- Entregar reportes de gestión integral del equipo y del cumplimiento de presupuesto del país.
- Trabajar directamente con el área de Marketing para gestionar contenido, organizar eventos, entregar información relevante u cualquier otra tarea de apoyo con el fin de mejorar el posicionamiento de la marca en Argentina.
- Apoyar la gestión del canal de alianzas comerciales y embajadores, coordinando reuniones de seguimiento, capacitación u otros.
- Entender las necesidades de producto del mercado y apoyar al equipo de Tech & Product en la mejora de este.
- Dar seguimiento activo a todos sus nuevos clientes para asegurar un correcto proceso de implementación, lanzamiento y capacitación de usuarios.
- Cualquier otra función requerida para la correcta gestión comercial con el fin de buscar nuevas oportunidades de prospectos o cerrar nuevos clientes.
- Carreras afines a Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, entre otras.
- Contar con el menos 6 años de experiencia en venta consultiva.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años liderando equipos de ventas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar con jornada híbrida, residencia en Buenos Aires.
