About The Role
As
Sr.

Brand Manager you will lead the strategy, tactics and marketing plans for therapeutic brands in each country You will settle and write the annual grid of launches and activations, communicate plans to the Customer Marketing and Sales teams and ensure compliance with the category's strategic priorities at the local level.


What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the P&L of the subcategories and products
  • Define and align the strategies, tactics (5Ps) and Consumer Marketing plans of the subbrands for the region with their particularities by country.
  • Build the sales objectives, volumes, net sales, market share, product launches and advertising investment of the subcategories.
  • Supervise compliance with these objectives and take appropriate corrective actions, providing insight to the team.
  • Plan, develop and advise on the launches of new products, coordinate their timing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in positions in marketing, trade marketing or other commecial areas, highly preferred in Mass Consumption companies (CPG/FMCG)
  • 3 years of experience as Brand Manager
  • Advanced English Level
