The position:
Tasks and responsabilities:
- Design and implement proactive sourcing services for a variety of roles as assigned and requested
- Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business and HRinternal interfaces in driving sourcing strategy.
- Identify potential strategic talent and introduce to the business.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high sourcing standards. Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds and experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field or Boehringer Ingelheimapprenticeship with longstanding work experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and a second local language, additional languages are a plus.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidat Releationship management (CRM) and social media tools.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels.
- Strong grasp of D&I recruitment concepts.
- Strong external network and social media brand providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Portuguese.
