Lucas Pieri

I am 35 years old and I live in San Martin, Buenos Aires. Currently, I work as a Technical LATAM Talent Acquisition Specialist, a role that I love because it allows me to learn all the time, challenge myself, and interact with people from all over. In my free time, I really enjoy going out with friends for dinner, playing paddle, and spending time outdoors with my family and my dog Simón.

In my current role I work as Technical Latam Talent Acquisition Specialist in Stefanini, multinational technology company. I am in charge of the complete recruitment cycle with LATAM candidates, serving clients from LATAM, India, USA and Spain. I enjoy the challenges of my role such as: being focal with several clients, relieving and negotiating profiles. To be a functional and technical reference with the clients of two teams of recruiters that support the process. In addition, I trained new recruiters who then referred to other teams. I always seek to develop within a dynamic team and work together to continue developing our processes with a focus on efficiency, and the care of the experience of both the candidate and the client. 

In 2016, I graduated as a licensed psychologist. In the last few years, I knew that Human Resources was what I wanted to dedicate myself to, so I continued my education. In 2017, I started the degree in Labor Relations at UBA (University of Buenos Aires) and plan to complete it in 2024. During these years, I have been training in areas such as training and psychodiagnostic evaluation. Lately, I have been studying data analysis, SQL, and Python.
