Dana Baiardi

Hace 6 años me desepeño como desarrolladora frontend. Fuertemente enfocada en React y Angular con la misma intensidad ya que me he visto involucrada en ambas tecnologías durante toda mi carrera, tengo un fuerte perfil en diseño UX/UI y maquetado pixel perfect. Alta experiencia en proyectos responsive o adaptive. Conocimientos en librerías de desarrollo, manejo de estados, formularios, clean code, arquitectura de código, entre otras. Otras tecnologías que manejo con comodidad son ReactNative y Ionic.  HTML, CSS, accesibilidad web, Javascript aunque prefiero trabajar todo con Typescript. He trabajado como líder frontend de proyectos, también he colaborado con áreas de arquitectura, he tenido equipos de trabajo a cargo. He capacitado personas. Considero que mi mayor aporte a un equipo es generar soluciones sencillas, claras y prolijas. No me veo fuera del frontend sólo cuando termine mi carrera de Ingeniería en Inteligencia Artificial en la universidad de Palermo. El trabajo en equipo para mí no es algo que siempre hay que nombrar, realmente lo siento, lo vivo y priorizo, colaborar en generar un ambiente de confianza, fluidez y comunicación, tengo una gran vocación de ayudar y mantener un perfil bajo. :) Como negativo creo que no sólo soy exigente conmigo misma sino también con mi entorno, tiendo al perfeccionismo y es cierto que no alcanzarlo puede llegar a frustrarme, cosa que mejora con comunicación y aceptación. La tecnología, crear y el futuro son mi esencia, realmente soy afortunada por hacer lo que amo.

ATLANTICS/ SENIOR ANGULAR FRONTEND DEVELOPER 03/2023 - current
 ● Project: Vehicle Violations Audit Platform - VULCAN 
● Role: Angular Frontend Senior Developer
 ● Description: I work as the lead frontend developer on the Vulcan project, which operates as an image audit platform for vehicle violations. I handle state management using NgXs and reactivity with RxJS. My role involves design and template creation, as well as performance optimization and ensuring the correct behavior of the platform.

GALICIA SEGUROS / SENIOR REACT NATIVE FRONTEND DEVELOPER 01/2022 - 03/2023 
● Project:Galicia’s Seguros Products
 ● Role: Frontend Architect 
● Description I worked as a senior frontend developer to create Galicia Seguros' products. I collaborated with both the development and architecture teams, making decisions on building a component library in Storybook. The products were developed using Next.js for the web app and React Native mobile. I used technologies like Zustand as state manager.

SUR TECH HOLDINGS / SENIOR ANGULAR FRONTEND DEVELOPER 09/2021 - 01/2022 
● Project: Payment Gateway
 ● Role: Angular Frontend Developer and Team Leader 
● Description: I worked as a FRONTEND referent in a project that works as a payment gateway, developed in ANGULAR 12. Management of states with NGXS. Other libraries, tailwind. My role is WEB DEVELOPMENT (Angular), Mobile development (Ionic). PR review and approval. Assembly of packages for publication.

GLOBANT / MID SENIOR REACT FRONTEND DEVELOPER 09/2019 - 01/2021
 ● Project: Educational Platform 
● Role: React and Angular Frontend Developer 
● Description: I was part of the WELDNORTH development team, (an educational platform strongly focused on web accessibility) as a web UI developer in charge of developing react components using typescript and STORYBOOK. Component testing with react testing library. This project is currently migrating from ANGULAR to REACT so I had tasks from both technologies.

ACONCAGUA / MID SENIOR FRONTEND DEVELOPER 01/2017 - 09/2019 
● Project: PAGO MUNDO
 ● Role: React and Angular Frontend Developer
 ● Description: I was part of PAGO MUNDO development team, this project started from scratch and was developed in Angular. I was also in charge of UX/UI and responsive design and development. I was part of the PAN AMERICAN ENERGY team in charge of front end development in React and UX/UI design of the platform. I also did overtime for a Falabella account management project in react.
