We are looking for a Mobility professional for our Talent Team, to work as a Mobility Expert and Talent Consultant for EY Technology.


As a Mobility Expert, you will manage and coordinate different Mobility internal processes, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations and delivering exceptional customer service across travel, immigration and destination services.

As a Talent Consultant, you'll be at the heart of that goal, providing comprehensive, people-driven HR services.

Your key responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire mobility process from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of employee mobility are wellcoordinated and executed smoothly. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, travel agencies, immigration experts, and policy teams, to ensure compliance and seamless execution of mobility processes.
  • Guide employees and team members on policy requirements and ensure adherence to company guidelines throughout the mobility process. Identify areas for policy improvement and work with relevant teams to develop and implement updates as needed.
  • Completes processes and tracking for immigration filings to ensure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Translate the business strategy into practical and innovative talent solutions at the business unit level.
  • Advise the business on developing a culture within the business unit that underpins our values, promote high performance teaming and enables the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Challenge and coach senior Management to drive change and support the implementation and successful adoption of projects and initiatives at EY Global/GDS level.
  • Guide business leaders in effective change management strategies and the deployment of change (e.g. for restructuring, acquisitions).
  • Contribute to workforce planning activities in the context of understanding capability, skills development and manage workforce planning efforts to meet business unit needs
  • Work with business leaders to develop and manage their longterm talent pipeline (e.g. Talent Review, Succession Planning, Partner and Executive Director/Director promotions process etc.).

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong knowledge of corporate mobility practices, including travel management, immigration processes, and destination services.
  • Familiarity with immigration regulations and procedures
  • Handling employeerelations issues for colleagues at all levels.
  • Managing large projects, including restructuring, leadership development and assessment initiatives.
  • A broad knowledge of HR regulations, processes and leading practices

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 35 years of relative experience
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
