EY's GDS Tax Technology team's main goal is to develop, execute and integrate technology solutions that enhance the service provided to our clients and engagement teams.

Being part of EY's core Tax practice, you will acquire a profound tax technical expertise alongside exceptional database, data analytics, and programming abilities.

The constantly evolving regulations demand tax departments to gather, structure, and analyze larger amounts of data than ever before.

Oftentimes, gathering the data required to fulfill these increasingly complex regulations involves retrieving information from various systems and departments across an organization.

Effectively and efficiently managing the diversity and volume of data can pose significant challenges and consume considerable time for a company.

EY is currently on the lookout for a Senior SharePoint developer to join our Tax Technology practice in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

  • 1+ years' experience with Angular (JS/+2)
  • Experience in JavaScript Object Model JSON is essential. SharePoint Client-side Object Model (CSOM)
  • Must possess expert knowledge in JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Experience with custom workflows using SharePoint Designer, Business Intelligence dashboards, Site collections, Sub sites, Master Pages, Lists, Custom Lists, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts
  • Experience Linking SharePoint lists to SQL database and fields to Excel spreadsheet
  • Knowledge of Microsoft.
NET technology stack, experience with SQL Server, PDF, XML, HTML and CSS
  • Experience in creating reports, scorecards, and dashboards for Business Intelligence using Excel, Power Pivot, SQL Server Reporting Services or any such tools
  • Knowledge and familiarity with libraries such as Angular JS, Bootstrap, Node.
JS is desirable
  • Interest in learning about the domains of mobility taxation, expatriate assignment services, global payroll and analytics
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer focus, good listening, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Basic to advanced experience in Angular.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot tables and charts, nested and array formulas, ability to design and develop dashboards, understanding Visual Basic for Applications and automation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and SQL
  • Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of Excel PowerPivot, PowerView, and PowerQuery will be preferred
  • An ability to quickly comprehend complex tax concepts and leverage technology to aid data modeling, analysis, visualization, or process automation
  • Microsoft BI stack
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
