- Lead the development of standardized FP&A processes for clients, ensuring consistency and quality across all engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful financial forecasts and reports, using Excel as well as learning and adapting to new tools like Fathom and Causal.
- Create internal documentation around processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to enhance our FP&A offerings and drive value for our clients.
- Strong understanding and experience in FP&A, with a track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
