    Job Position: Financial/FPA Analyst
    Location:
    Remote (CST Timezone)

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST

    Job Description:

    Join our team as a Financial/FP&A Analyst and play a key role in fortifying our internal processes and external outputs for clients. As our firm is experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for a talented individual to lead the charge in building a more standardized and impactful FP&A offering. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and client managers, contributing directly to our firm's success.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of standardized FP&A processes for clients, ensuring consistency and quality across all engagements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful financial forecasts and reports, using Excel as well as learning and adapting to new tools like Fathom and Causal.
    • Create internal documentation around processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
    • Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to enhance our FP&A offerings and drive value for our clients.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding and experience in FP&A, with a track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights.
    • Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
    • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement best practices.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience with Fathom or Causal software, or a strong willingness to learn.
    • Experience in building standardized processes for FP&A.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
