PCM Plant Production Engineer

Your mission will be to:

Follow up and manage all the data generated in every step of the plant process, keeping databases up to date.
Responsible for defining, analyzing and following up process conversions, seed losses, culls and other process KPIs to identify deviations and recommend preventive and corrective actions using statistical methods.
Resposible for following up PCM Plant Production from the RW unloading to the finished product delivery, including byproducts, production supplies (packaging, chemicals, others) keeping obsolescence under control.

Digitalization:

Be PCM Plant champion/expert in Business Intelligence and Data Science tools. Identify and refine KPIs to manage performance, build and mantain reports and dashboards to communicate main process variables to operational and leadership teams. Act as OnePSS Visual Management practice leader for precommercial plant.

Compliance:

Responsible for identifying and investigating or supporting investigation of quality and process deviations to suggest corrective and preventive actions. Represent PCM plant in the Integrated Management System team. Responsible for building and mantaining all PCM Plant SGC related documents. Represent PCM plant during audits (ISO9001, 14001,
Act as precommercial plant internal trainer (OnePSS ToT)

Inventory Management:

Inventory analysis using warehouse management tools. Define strategies and detailed plans to manage inventory (discards, PMAS sampling, deliveries). Identify opportunities and projects to improve inventory management and customer experience.

Production Planning:

Act as link between field and plant coordinator and process supervisors to translate weekly and monthly production plans to detailed schedules: operations scheduling and sequencing.

Unlock your potential:

BS in any Engineering specialty (Computer Science, or Systems preferred)
Advanced level of English.
Fluent with Business Intelligence and Data Science digital tools (ETL, Tableau, powerbi, spotfire or similar)
Familiar with database models, ETL processes, SQL queries, MS Power Automate flows, MS Power Apps Knowleadge of any Object Oriented Programming language (Python preferred)
Experience in Process Analysis. Kowledge of statistical methods and Six Sigma tools (Desirable)
Good communication skills Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams
Knowledge of SAP System (Desirable)

Familiarity with agricultural equipment and row crop production practices (Desirable).
