Join our team as a skilled Business Analyst We're on the lookout for someone who can blend business acumen with technological proficiency to analyze and translate requirements into effective solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and champion the development of innovative systems.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Work with development and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure the final product aligns with business objectives and requirements.
Maintain roadmaps and contribute to project planning and monitoring for timely solution delivery.
Manage change requests and assess their impact on project timelines.
Develop, structure, and organize internal project documentation.

Requisitos:


Requirements:

Advanced level of English
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in writing Epics, User Stories, Use Cases, specifications, and system diagrams.
Experience in crafting project documentation like User Guides and Release Notes.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of software development and UX/UI basics.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and fast learning ability.
Proactive mindset.

Compensation package:


Employment terms:
An initial 3-month probation period, followed by a long-term collaboration.
Bi-weekly Payments in U$S.

Home Office Support:
includes a one-time home office setup, equipment (if applicable), and reimbursement for internet costs.

Vacation: 15 days of annual leave (1.25 days are granted for each month worked after the probation period).
Day off on USA public holidays (in days).

Up to 5 sick days per calendar year (in case of dismissal on the probation period, they will be deducted from the final settlement).
