About the Opportunity:

Provide support to simple, medium, large, and complex provisioning/implementation projects including installations or systems additions, schedules, and may perform preinstallation site review/evaluation for adequate infrastructure. Ensures that the proper materials and manpower arrive at the customer site on a timely basis for the installation of company equipment. Manages processes/tools, problem resolution with assigned Project Manager accounts. Coordinates interactions between Avaya Stakeholders, logistics and 3rd party vendors. Responsible for timely escalation of administrative/financial issues to the appropriate organization. Provides total administrative support and is directly accountable for the process compliance, and maximization of profitability of project.
Responsible for resource assignment, tracking and closure of projects for business partners or direct customers.
Ensure compliance to global processes followed.
Ensures that the proper materials and manpower arrive at the customer site on a timely basis for the installation of company equipment
