About the Opportunity:


  • Provide support to simple, medium, large, and complex provisioning/implementation projects including installations or systems additions, schedules, and may perform preinstallation site review/evaluation for adequate infrastructure. Ensures that the proper materials and manpower arrive at the customer site on a timely basis for the installation of company equipment. Manages processes/tools, problem resolution with assigned Project Manager accounts. Coordinates interactions between Avaya Stakeholders, logistics and 3rd party vendors. Responsible for timely escalation of administrative/financial issues to the appropriate organization. Provides total administrative support and is directly accountable for the process compliance, and maximization of profitability of project.
  • Responsible for resource assignment, tracking and closure of projects for business partners or direct customers.
  • Ensure compliance to global processes followed.
  • Ensures that the proper materials and manpower arrive at the customer site on a timely basis for the installation of company equipment

  • Skills:
  • Ability to work with technical specialists and technical managers across delivery streams.
  • Financial skills.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities and escalations based on project deliverables & revenue.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience of working in global delivery environment.

Qualifications, certifications, education or alternative expected:

  • Typically requires
  • 5 years of working experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communications, documentation and support skills is preferred.
  • Fluent English.
