About the role
This is a remote, full-time consulting position (contract).

Job description

Develop and maintain test cases and test plans for SaaS products
Identify and document defects and inconsistencies in SaaS products
Work closely with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed

and resolved efficiently

Participate in the development of automation scripts and tools for testing

SaaS products

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including customer support, to

reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues

Monitor and report on the overall quality of SaaS products
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodology within the

organization

Qualifications and requirements:

A keen eye for detail
Communication skills
Computer literacy
Database management
The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
The ability to closely follow quality standards
Decisionmaking skills
