This role focuses on commercial levers & revenue operations as it relates to revenue enablement for the Spotify business.


What you will do:


  • Manage revenue planning: Target setting, forecasting, partnering with management and leadership teams in maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, revenue attainment tracking.
  • Orchestrate client pricing and incentives: Managing pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for clients this includes reviewing pricing submissions; creating and managing sales incentives.
  • Drive sales incentives: Creating and managing policies related to sales bonus, sales competitions, client assignment and conflict management.
  • Foster the adoption of sales tools: Building expert status on sales tools to provide guidance on how to remove blockers and conduct sales training on ideal system usage.
  • Administer commercial agreements: Enabling deals with the right partners, establish deal terms and track utilization.
  • Support reporting & analytics: Creating dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor salesrelated metrics, behaviors and recommend best practices and guidelines.
  • Implement efficiency projects: Determining areas of improvement and driving projects to optimize and automate process
  • Foster cross functional collaboration: Cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. legal, finance).

Requirements:


  • Graduated in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing and/or related fields. Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Experience in sales analysis, control of commercial levers and revenue operations.
  • Communication skills, autonomy, analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Macros.
  • Advanced level of English
